Hampton Inn Boston Logan Airport

Appreciated that we could get something to eat after flying all day. Room was clean and quiet.

Comfortable hotel near the airport. The staff were amazing . Great guy on reception who helped us out with our rental car which we were having problems with and the guy on the bar deserves a pay rise , he was running the bar and serving food he never stopped .

Shuttle service was especially helpful to us! But while returning from airport to hotel, heard exchange between the front desk staff and the driver and we understood then that there is a break in the shuttle from 2am to 3am but otherwise it’s 24/7. We were so relieved we made that shuttle cuz we caught it at 1:45am (flight delayed!)

I took the shuttle to/from the airport from/to the hotel several times. Then I decided to walk to Beachmont station on the blueline because I like going to Target and the Dollar Tree. Also the traffic going to the airport is crazy and starts around 8am. You don't have to bring your own shampoo conditioner.

I wrote a previous review about the shuttle. I want to state that there was a vast improvement in how the shuttle was run. So much so that I had one thing happen that wasn’t great but it didn’t wreck my total experience. I came to depend on it for getting me through town. Everyone from the bartender to the front desk to the cleaning crew were so friendly. I want to also mention that the person who mopped the floors did a spectacular job. I stopped and noticed. Super, super happy to have made the decision to come back and stay with you.
